The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that Mediator 2.0 properly integrates with the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application Release 4.0 via the SAP Computer Telephony Interface (BC-CTI) 4.5. The certification test was successfully carried out using the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Edition.

2Ring’s Mediator is an application server allowing unrestricted communication between various third-party solutions, such as CRM systems, contact centers, etc. The main benefit of such integration is that call center agents have call handling functions available directly from the customer interaction center interface of SAP CRM. In addition to eliminating the need to run a separate agent desktop application on agents’ stations, Mediator delivers many other benefits, including business partner identification based on the caller’s phone number, call routing based on data from SAP CRM, and caller identification through a PIN. Thanks to its modularity, Mediator is ready to add third-party applications to the integration scenario, e.g. a call recording system.
