Ondrej Smolar and Vladimir Sikura are founding 2Ring in Bratislava, Slovakia on May 16, 2001. The company is focused on providing contact center outsourcing services for the next three years.

2Ring unites the IP Telephony Applications Development Team from NET-SYSTEM s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and the IP Telephony Applications Development Division of Tronet, a.s. in Slovakia. As a result of this unification, 2Ring opens a branch in Liberec, Czech Republic and shifts its primary focus and starts to offer the largest portfolio of IP Telephony and Contact Center applications in the Central Europe.

2Ring gains a high level of trust from the largest and most reputable system integrators in the market of the former Czechoslovakia, including Anect, Autocont, Dimension Data, GiTy, ICZ, NextiraOne, Soitron, and T-Systems. These partners employ over eighty 2Ring certified professionals.

2Ring enters Polish market and starts to develop its relationship with the local Cisco office in Warsaw. 2Ring's revenue goes above the 1,000,000 USD mark.

2Ring is ranked among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe, according to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE.

2Ring enters the North American market with office in New Jersey and gets its first partners on board (Digital Connections, Logista, and Kennedy Communications).

2Ring enters Romanian market and signs an exclusive partnership agreement with Datanet Romania, which becomes 2Ring’s second largest partner for 2010. 2Ring's exhibit gets a lot of attention at Cisco Live! in Las Vegas, USA. Moreover, 2Ring is again ranked among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe, according to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE. 2Ring's revenue has broke the 2,000,0000 USD mark.

In the first half of the year, 2Ring rebranded its logo and launched a new web portal (running on Microsoft SharePoint), while in the second half, its promotion in the Cisco Developer Network program was celebrated. 2Ring is now at the prominent level of Cisco Preferred Solution Developers.
